1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of 8kiptvsubscription.com and any 8K IPTV subscription you purchase from us. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription.

2. What The Service Is

We provide access to an internet-based streaming service that works through third-party IPTV applications on your own device. The service delivers content over your internet connection.

We are a reseller. We do not own, produce, host, upload or control the content delivered through the service, and we do not provide any hardware.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when subscribing
• You are responsible for your own internet connection, device and its performance
• You must keep your subscription credentials private
• You must comply with all laws and regulations that apply where you live, including those relating to copyright and broadcasting
• You may not resell, redistribute or publicly broadcast the service without our written permission

It is your responsibility to check whether using this type of service is permitted in your country. We cannot give legal advice on this.

4. One Subscription, One Device

Each subscription is licensed for use on a single device at a time. Using one subscription on multiple devices simultaneously, or sharing credentials with others, may result in immediate suspension without refund. If you need more devices, purchase additional subscriptions.

5. Payment And Activation

Prices are shown on our pricing section and are payable in advance for the full subscription period. Accepted payment methods are listed on the homepage and confirmed when you contact us.

Activation normally takes place within a few hours of payment and confirmation of your device details. Subscriptions do not renew automatically — you contact us when you wish to renew.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability and work to keep interruptions to a minimum. However, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular channel, event or title will remain available.

Streaming quality depends on factors outside our control, including your internet speed, your device, your network and your internet provider. Occasional maintenance, upstream outages or provider-side changes may affect availability.

7. Support

Support is provided through WhatsApp, and you can reach us any time via our contact page. We will help you choose a compatible application, configure your device and troubleshoot problems relating to the subscription itself. We cannot provide support for hardware faults, damaged devices or internet connection problems.

8. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate a subscription without refund if you:

• Share, resell or redistribute your credentials
• Use the service for public or commercial broadcasting without permission
• Attempt to attack, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
• Initiate a fraudulent payment dispute
• Breach these terms in any other material way

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of enjoyment arising from interruptions to the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Third-Party Applications And Trademarks

If you buy credits through our reseller panel, these same terms apply to you and to the clients you serve.

IPTV applications such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, IBO Player and others are developed by independent third parties and are governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with them.

All channel names, competition names, logos and trademarks displayed on our website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

11. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Material changes will apply from the date they are published.
